Just a few days ago Italy’s 2013 starred restaurants were announced by Michelin. In Rome Heinz Beck at La Pergola is once again the culinary King of the city (the only 3-starred chef) followed by Anthony Genovese at Il Pagliaccio and Oliver Glowig at Aldovrandi Palace who keep their 2 stars.
