Happy Ferragosto!

This public holiday for the religious Assumption celebration and the coming weekend challenge foodies in Rome because of the many closures. For this reason we decided to focus our English blog post on these three days, while this year it is plenty of good venues that are open the other days of August! You can find all August opening days for recommended places in our guest post written for Browsing Italy and in the full list in our Italian blog.

Important note: reservations highly recommended and it is always better to check before going, last minute changes may happen.

Flavio al Velavevodetto in Testaccio – always open except Aug 15 at dinner
